The first section is defining your campaign title and subtitle. Then add your campaign’s main image or video.
For best results, it’s recommended that you set the resolution of your image to 1024x576 pixels (16:9) ratio.
To add a video, you first need to host it on YouTube or Vimeo. Copy the video URL and insert it into the Campaign video field.
In the Campaign Goal section, select the order processing method of how you’d like to process your orders during the pre-order phase. You have two options; Direct Checkout and Draft orders.
With Direct Checkout, backers can purchase your product just like a regular Shopify order, ensuring a smooth and immediate payment process.
With Draft Pre-orders, you can allow backers to place orders without requiring immediate payment, giving you full control over how and when payments are collected.
You can then define your Funding goal and duration for your pre-order phase, you can also define what would you like to happen when your campaign ends, you choose between ending the campaign, or continue taking pre-orders - the campaign continues to take pre-orders beyond set goal. However, you can end campaign anytime.
