Can I run multiple campaigns at once?

Yes! All plans allow unlimited campaigns, so you can:

How is Fundlify different from traditional crowdfunding platforms?

It operates directly within your Shopify store, so customers never leave your site. You retain full control over customer data and your sales funnel. There is no equity taken from your business. There are no rigid funding goals; you decide what works for your business.

Who is Fundlify for?

Fundlify is ideal for entrepreneurs launching new products who need to validate demand, eCommerce brands wanting to offer pre-orders and raise funding without external investors, and merchants working with suppliers who want to secure bulk orders before committing capital.

How does Fundlify handle pre-orders?

Fundlify supports two methods: Direct Checkout Pre-Orders, where customers pay upfront via Shopify’s checkout, and Draft Pre-Orders, where orders are collected first, and payments are processed later when the merchant is ready.

What happens during the Pre-Launch phase?

Customers reserve a product using their email without any payment. Merchants use these reservations to gauge demand and decide if production is viable. Reservations can later be converted into paid pre-orders once the product is ready to be launched

How does Fundlify process customer payments?

Payments are processed through your existing Shopify checkout system. All funds go directly to you; Fundlify does not hold your funds. Transactions are handled via your configured payment gateways, such as Stripe or PayPal.

Can I offer different pricing for pre-orders versus post-launch sales?

Yes. Merchants can set exclusive early-bird pricing for pre-orders and adjust prices once the product is officially launched.

Does Fundlify send email notifications to customers?

Yes. Fundlify provides built-in transactional email notifications that: • Confirm email reservations during the Pre-Launch phase. • When pre-order phase starts, notifications will be sent to all pre-launch backers. • When a draft-order is processed.
