Export your orders: Go to your campaign editor and click "view orders." Click the export button to download your data. Be sure to do this 24 hours before launch date and keep your CSV file safe.
We can help you transfer your campaign to v2—once v2 launches, select a plan then contact us at [email protected]. We'll help transfer your current campaign stats. New orders from your backers will populate on the new v2 order page. Please note that the transition process must be done manually, this requires access your store and set up your campaign/s.
Alternatively, you can end your campaign before the launch date and start a new campaign in v2. Just remember to duplicate your original Shopify product before connecting it to your new campaign.
If you don't have a campaign running before launch date, we highly recommend that you wait for Fundlify V2 and launch a new campaign.
